Register today for the 2019 Defense Asbestos Litigation (DALS) Seminar. This seminar will provide leading defense attorneys, in-house counsel and insurance carriers top-of-mind content. *A multi-firm discount is available to law firms who send four or more lawyers and/or paralegals to the seminar. The first three lawyers and/or paralegals from the same firm must register and pay the appropriate registration fee for the seminar. Each additional lawyer and/or paralegal that registers from that firm after the first three, will then qualify for a $125 discount off their appropriate registration fee category. The hotel block is limited and rooms and rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You must make reservations by May 28, 2019, to be eligible for the group rate. Requests for reservations made after May 28 are subject to room and rate availability. A small portion of your room rate offsets the costs of the seminar.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
The registration fee is fully refundable for cancellations received on or before May 28, 2019. Cancellations received after May 28, 2019 and on or before June 4, 2019, will receive a refund, less a $200 processing fee. Cancellations made after June 4, 2019, will not receive a refund. All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing. Fax (312.795.0747) or email (dalsseminar@dri.org) to DRI’s Accounting Department. Processing of refunds will occur within four weeks after the date of the seminar. All refunds will be processed in the same manner that the payment was received. Substitutions may be made at any time without charge and must be submitted in writing.
